As the official journal of the French Society for Romanticism and Nineteenth Century Studies, Romantisme magazine publishes quarterly and regularly presents a series of carefully planned topics covering multiple disciplines such as literature, art, science, history, and politics, providing scholars with a broad platform for interdisciplinary communication and research.

The contributors to the magazine come from all over the world, including scholars from France and researchers from the international academic community. Their research results not only reflect the cultural, artistic, and scientific development of 19th century Europe, but also explore the historical background and social environment of this period. Through these studies, the journal aims to deepen our understanding of different literary schools, artistic styles, scientific ideas, and political movements in the 19th century, and promote academic research and cultural exchange in related fields.
