Journal Asiatique presents research results in the field of Oriental studies in French and European languages, while the original text is reproduced in the Eastern languages of the region (such as Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, etc.), ensuring the accuracy and authority of academic research. The disciplines covered include but are not limited to history, archaeology, linguistics, literature, religion, art history, philosophy and social sciences, reflecting the diversity and depth of Oriental studies.

Each issue of the journal contains original research articles written by experts and scholars in the field, providing the latest research results and academic insights. The journal also contains monthly meeting proceedings, which record the contents and discussions of the meetings of the Asia Society and other relevant academic institutions, facilitating academic exchange and knowledge dissemination. Each issue of the journal also receives cover reports from the Asia Society, which usually cover current hot issues and important findings in the field of Oriental studies, providing readers with timely academic information.
