Zeitschrift f ü r ? gyptische Sprache und Altertumsunde "is the oldest journal of Egyptology, covering the entire field of Egyptology, including Demotic, Coptic, and Meroitic studies. These contributions examine the language, history, religion, art, and material culture of the ancient Nile River basin. In addition, they also explored the history of Egyptology and Egypt's influence on contemporary and future cultures. It is the oldest specialized journal of Egyptology in the world, with articles mainly written in German, English, and French. This journal is not an open access (OA) journal, but subscribers can view all journal articles in digital form on the website of De Gruyter Publishing, which has a long history and important academic position in the field of Egyptology research.
