Since its inception, the journal has a history of over 50 years and is committed to publishing thought-provoking analyses, discussions, and commentaries. Interpretation: A Journal of Political Philosophy welcomes manuscripts from a wide range of fields in political philosophy, including explanations of literary works, theological works, and legal works that have significant relevance to political philosophy. The editorial committee of the journal is composed of experts from different fields, including the chief editor Hilail Gildin, as well as several associate editors, general editors, consulting editors, international editors, and editors. The journal's submission guidelines require authors to follow the format of the Chicago Handbook (15th edition) and use the author date system described in the handbook for citation.
